1. About Auditaz

Auditaz analyzes cost and infrastructure data from Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts authorized by the user to identify cost optimization and savings opportunities.

AWS access is performed using read-only permissions. Auditaz does not request your AWS login credentials and does not create, modify, or delete resources in your infrastructure.

Some plans include recurring monitoring of your AWS account. These analyses are currently performed periodically, generally once per day, but this does not constitute an SLA or a guarantee that scans will occur at a specific time.

2. Your Account and AWS Access

You are responsible for the information you provide to Auditaz and must be authorized to connect and analyze any AWS account added to the service.

You are also responsible for keeping your account secure and for the permissions granted to Auditaz.

You may not use Auditaz to access or analyze AWS accounts without authorization, interfere with the operation of the service, circumvent usage limits, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

3. Plans and Payments

Auditaz may offer one-time reports and monthly or annual subscriptions.

The price, currency, and included features are presented before purchase. Currently, Auditaz prices are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Auditaz does not store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current paid period.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewals, with prior notice when applicable.

4. Refunds

When the right of withdrawal under applicable Brazilian consumer protection law applies, you may request cancellation and a refund within 7 days of purchase, including for a one-time report that has already been generated.

After this period, payments and purchased reports are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

A refund may terminate access to the corresponding product or paid period.

5. Reports, Recommendations, and Liability

Auditaz uses data made available by AWS at the time of analysis. This data may be subject to delays, limitations, or changes outside our control.

Recommendations are provided to support your decision-making and do not guarantee any specific savings or cost reduction.

Auditaz does not automatically implement recommended changes. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation before applying it and for implementing any changes to your AWS infrastructure.

To the extent permitted by law, Meet Media is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by changes made by you or third parties to your infrastructure based on Auditaz recommendations.

This limitation does not affect any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Auditaz available and operating properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The service and its analysis rules may evolve, and features may be added, changed, or removed.

We may suspend an account in cases of fraud, abuse, security issues, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, analysis rules, interfaces, brand, report models, and other components of Auditaz belong to Meet Media or their respective rights holders.

You retain ownership of the data and information from your AWS infrastructure.

Using Auditaz does not transfer intellectual property rights between the parties.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data related to Auditaz is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Auditaz, applicable laws, or our practices.

Material changes affecting our contractual relationship may be communicated through Auditaz or to the email address associated with your account.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

For relationships that are not considered consumer relationships, the courts of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory jurisdiction rules apply.

For consumer relationships, all rights and jurisdiction rules provided by applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

These Terms may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the Brazilian Portuguese version will prevail, subject to any mandatory rights applicable to the user.
